Return Policy
All sales on firearms are final.
If you wish to return a component, please contact us immediately at sales@outerwild.com. You may return most new, unopened components within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. If any part of the component is defective please contact us immediately for a replacement.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If it has been more than four weeks and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@outerwild.com.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship components to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products including firearms, and some components that cannot be shipped to international destinations.
DISCLAIMER: Please note due to state specific laws and regulations, Saltwater Arms may not be able to ship firearms that have been regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA). Please check with your local and state municipalities for any further regulatory requirements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they comply with all NFA rules and applicable laws.
The ATF requires that we ship complete rifles only to licensed firearm dealers. We will ship to the dealer of your choice, however any fees charged by the dealer to transfer to you, are between you and the dealer. Please make sure that you have communicated with your dealer prior to placing an order.
Shipping rates for many components we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
